I have worked as a REALTOR® for over 25 years and have a strong understanding of what today’s buyers want and need in the local area. I am also highly experienced in working with first-time buyers and am well-versed in all types of mortgages and financing options, including VA, FHA, USDA loans, and zero-down programs.

In addition to selling real estate, I am a longtime member and former Chairman of the Board of Assessment Appeals in Guilford. As a lifelong resident, born and raised in Guilford, I am very familiar with everything the town and the Connecticut Shoreline have to offer—from sports and events to local attractions, especially those involving children. I am a mom of two daughters who both play competitive soccer, as well as a stepmom to four who are involved in lacrosse, theater, music, and more. If I’m not at a showing, you’ll likely find me at a soccer field or school event.

Best of all, I had the privilege of partnering with my mom, Sue Popplewell, a local real estate icon and top producer for more than 35 years in Guilford and along the Shoreline. Although Sue has recently retired, she can still occasionally be seen joining me for showings!
